01Reserva y anticipoBooking and deposit

Al reservar no se cobra nada. Te escribimos para confirmar la hora, y la reserva queda confirmada con un anticipo del 50 %, por PayPal o transferencia. El saldo se paga el día de la actividad.

Nothing is charged when you book. We message you to confirm the time, and the booking is confirmed with a 50% deposit, by PayPal or bank transfer. The balance is paid on the day of the activity.

02CancelacionesCancellations

Puedes cancelar o cambiar tu reserva escribiéndonos. El cargo depende de con cuánta anticipación nos avises, contado desde la hora de la actividad:

You can cancel or change your booking by messaging us. The charge depends on how much notice you give, counted from the time of the activity:

Si no te presentas, se cobra el 100 %. Si llegas tarde, la clase termina a la hora prevista.

If you do not show up, we charge 100%. If you arrive late, the lesson ends at the scheduled time.

Si cancelas sin cargo y ya habías pagado el anticipo, te lo devolvemos por el mismo medio en que pagaste.

If you cancel free of charge after paying the deposit, we refund it the same way you paid.

03Si el mar no está para claseIf the ocean is not right

La seguridad va primero. Si las condiciones no son buenas para la clase, la movemos a otro horario o, si no se puede, te devolvemos el dinero. Esta decisión la toma la escuela y no tiene ningún cargo para ti.

Safety comes first. If conditions are not right for the lesson, we move it to another time or, if that is not possible, we refund it. The school makes this call, and it costs you nothing.

04PaquetesPacks

• Valen un mes desde la primera clase.
• Cada paquete es de una persona.
• Se elige desde el principio. Una clase extra, fuera del paquete, se paga al precio de la clase suelta.

• Valid for one month from the first lesson.
• Each pack is for one person.
• You choose it from the start. An extra lesson outside the pack is charged at the single-lesson price.

05PreciosPrices

En dólares estadounidenses, con el IVA del 13 % incluido. Mismo precio todo el año.

06RentasRentals

Una renta no se devuelve una vez entregada la tabla. Si la tabla se daña o se pierde, avísanos en el momento: así podemos recuperarla o hacer la denuncia si hace falta.

A rental is not refunded once the board is handed over. If the board is damaged or lost, tell us right away, so we can recover it or report it if needed.

Al rentar puedes sumar un seguro contra daños: si la tabla se daña, no pagas la reparación. Sin seguro, un daño se paga: el valor completo de la tabla si era nueva y sin reparaciones, y la mitad si ya tenía reparaciones. Si la tabla se pierde, se paga la mitad de su valor.

When you rent, you can add damage cover: if the board gets damaged, you do not pay for the repair. Without it, damage is charged at the full value of the board if it was new with no repairs, and half its value if it already had repairs. If the board is lost, half its value is charged.
